Arthur V. Wittich
Arthur V. Wittich has over 24 years of legal and management experience across the country. He has served as corporate counsel to a major public utility and its related resource subsidiaries, counsel to a state governor, supervisor of a federal environmental law agency, and regulatory director to an environmental technology company. In 1995, he founded Wittich Law Firm, P.C. He has served as the director of numerous community non-profit associations, including the Bozeman Area Chamber of Commerce and the Bozeman Symphony Association. His current areas of practice include transactions and litigation involving business law, real estate law, constitutional law, natural resource law, and intellectual property law. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University with a B.S. in Economics and Environmental Studies and received his J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law.
